Oppose the Illegal Use of the US Military

To: Sen. Ossoff, Rep. Johnson, Sen. Warnock

From: A verified voter in Atlanta, GA

February 28

At first glance, Trump's attack on Iran violates Article 2 (4) UN Charter. The consequences for world peace, now and in the longer-term future, are obvious. It's up to Congress to decide whether a violation of international law falls within the definition of "high Crimes and Misdemeanors" mentioned in Article II, Section 4 of the US constitution. The House ought to start work without delay on deciding that question and voting on whether to impeach the president. At that point, the Senate can decide to remove him from office. Does anyone beside the current president and his bellicose minions believe that the use of the US military should be unconstrained by law?
