Donald Trump’s impeachment in the House is increasingly becoming a certainty. If not now, then when the Democrats take control of Congress after the midterm elections. As one of your constituents, I urge you to collaborate with your House colleagues to make the case for, and secure a conviction in the Senate.
Plainly, Trump is unfit for office. His genocidal threats against Iran, the deaths of Alex Pretti and Renee Good under his authority, suppression of the Epstein files in violation of a near-unanimously passed law, and a hundred other reasons make it clear that he must be removed from office. We urge you: Please begin making the public case for impeachment, conviction, and removal. In November, voters must have confidence that their fears and anxieties will be addressed, and that the Constitution they love will be defended. As elected officials, you have immense power to guide the conversation and build the will for action to be taken. And you have the responsibility to stand up for the Constitution, according to your oath of office.
You must take this seriously. Begin working with your House colleagues, and begin setting in motion the accountability that is so desperately needed.
Thank you for your time.
