Vote no on the GUARD Act. Requiring anyone to upload a form of ID to use tools online is a terrible idea for privacy. Tech companies cannot and should not be trusted with that information regardless of the good intentions. If there must be regulations, they should be on the AI companies to make sure their products are safe for everyone. There should also be a reasonable expectation for parents to observe their children's use of computer time. Vote no on the Guard Act.
