Rep. Figures, I am writing today to ask you to OPPOSE Hakeem Jeffries as speaker. While he has spent his career attempting to pass legislation that has suggested progress, unfortunately , Rep. Jeffries’s ties to AIPAC, lack of attempting to hold the Trump Admin accountable, and his recent comments incorrectly expressing what the American people want makes him a terrible choice for the position. I am asking you to back a progressive leader who will not hesitate to ensure that this corrupt administration isn’t prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Thank you.
