ICE plans to spend $20M on electric shock gloves for its agents. I am terrified about how badly this could go. ICE agents are already misusing the power given to them. People have died!!!!! Electric shock gloves would be adding fuel to an out of control fire. Congress MUST ACT to stop this madness before it is too late.
