Support the PUBLIC LANDS INTEGRITY ACT. Also: NO on Steve Pearce for BLM

Please support the PUBLIC LANDS INTEGRITY ACT. This is a bill co-sponsored by Senators Michael Bennet (CO), Jeff Merkley (OR), Ron Wyden (OR), and Martin Heinrich (NM). Their bill recognised what a diverse group of wilderness preservers and housing availability campaigners have recognised, groups including National Coalition for the Homeless, The Wilderness Society, the Private Equity Stakeholder Project and the Natural Resources Defense Council. All these diverse groups have now agreed: Selling public lands is a bad idea; public land sales are not needed to fix the housing crisis. This bill would prevent senators from adding public-lands-selloff provisions to any future budget reconciliation bill. Our public lands are a priceless shared wonder, a legacy entrusted to us which we should preserve and hand on to the future. They should not be asset stripped or sold off for short term gain. I am counting on you not to enable the rape and pillage of our national lands. I ask you also to vote NO on Steven Pearce for BLM
