Alito used FALSE data. DO YOUR JOB. No nose of wax for the law

Conclusions derived from Fake Data must not stand. If a scientific paper has fake data, it will be rejected before publication. If the fakery is discovered after publication, there will be a retraction, uproar, and censure. In any evidence-based endeavor, conclusions and protocols derived from data stand or fall with that data. When data turns out to be false, those conclusions are trashed and there may be an investigation to see if deception or falsification was involved. If a student term paper has fake data, it will be penalised. Why should the decisions highest court in the land be different? Yet under John Roberts, they seem to exempt from requirements for truth and integrity. This is an abomination. Per the Guardian last Friday: Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito relied on misleading data to support his ruling decimating the Voting Rights Act. Per the New Republic: Samuel Alito Cited Fudged Data in His Ruling Gutting Voting Rights Act. The law should not be twisted and pulled about like a nose of wax. If Scotus rulings based on falsified data are allowed to stand, then law and justice have been corrupted beyond legitimacy. How can the highest court in the land remain legitimate? How can any court ruling at all be allowed to stand? Scotus used falsified data and rushed a decision, in violation of its own Purcell principle. Crypto-confederacy erupted into full toxic view in Tennessee and Alabama. The speed of this assault on justice proves the Shelby county and Callais decisions dead wrong. Congress MUST act. Do not assent to the corruption of the rule of law by inaction. Please: Call Alito and his clerks in for questioning under oath. Censure Alito. Pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Act. Reform SCOTUS. Include a fake data clause in an ethics code. Impeach justices with the appearance of improbity, guilty of lying, tied improperly to donors.
