ICE EMERGENCY! States across the country are facing extreme cold: what is happening inside ICE facilities? We have read reports of unheated and frigid facilities. What is happening to children, families, tax-paying community members inside these extrajudicial prisons in record-low temperatures? Please demand: Immediate heating in all facilities. (Adequate cooling and ventilation in summer.) Release of prisoners WITH FREE and sufficient WINTER CLOTHING where the government is unable to provide heating. Immediate and ongoing inspections of any facilities that remain open. Immediate access to quality medical care for all prisoners.
