Second, executive involvement in personal cryptocurrency platforms while holding public office poses severe ethics and market-manipulation concerns. Congress must enact laws strictly prohibiting high-ranking elected officials and executives from promoting, trading, or personally profiting from specialized digital assets, memecoins, or venture-backed crypto projects while in position to influence federal financial policy. I urge you to support legislation that secures essential human resources as non-commodified public utilities and penalizes self-interested trading in emerging financial markets.
