The president of the United States is deploying troops against citizens. He is wasting money by sending troops against peaceful, lawful protests. And these people in uniform are shooting tear gas and rubber bullets against peaceful, ordinary people. Our military has never been used as a political weapon. We are endangered. This is a bad step for our democracy. You need to call on the end of this madness. You have tools as a legislator to take action to stop this illegal and unwise action by the president. Please! Condemn this action today and let the president know he is going down the wrong path.
