Do not support $250 EV tax in budget bill

I ask that you do not support the new EV tax that is in the budget bill from the house. It is exponentially higher than an equivalent lost of funds from the current gas tax. A EV owner would need to drive 40,000 miles in one year to pay the same mount of gas tax. This is clearly a dig at EV ownership and a punishment.
