I'm writing to urge you to oppose the proposed Census rule change by the Department of Commerce. The census should count people in our communities, not create a new Governments standard for deciding which residents are worthy of being counted. This change would erase immigrant representation across the country and worsen civil rights protections for all Americans. Thank you for your time and consideration!
