We are furious that two Democrats, Jared Golden and Marie Glusenkamp Perez, voted this week to help Republicans pass a rule that would otherwise have failed. In Politico’s words they singlehandedly “rescue[d] the Republican legislative agenda.” We also saw 8 Democrats¹ vote for a Resolution that supported the SAVE Act this week. What the heck? Democrats need to stop helping Republicans ever, especially not with terrible bills. And Glusenkamp Perez needs to lose her spot on the Appropriations Committee. There need to be severe consequences when Democrats side with MAGA. Also, please sign on to the Epstein Files Transparency Act II discharge petition. Thanks!
