Today, you will vote on whether to block the US from delivering more bulldozers (worth $295 million) and 1,000-pound bombs (worth $151.8 million) to Israel. The two Joint Resolutions of Disapproval (JRDs) sponsored by Senator Sanders will stop the US from sending $158 million worth of bombs and $295 million worth of bulldozers to Israel, used to demolish villages and kill Lebanese, Palestinian and now Iranian civilians. The American people do not want their taxpayer dollars to be used to commit more war crimes against civilians in Gaza, the West Bank, Iran, and Lebanon while basics become increasingly unaffordable here in the US.
