We are living in the scariest times of my lifetime which is no small statement. The Federal Government under the directive of the President of the United States is executing US citizens not only because they executed their constitutional rights, but because they simply exist and have been targeted as a critic of the state. Alex Pretti wasn’t even at a protest. He wasn’t brandishing a gun. He was walking in front of a donut shop and witnessed the federal government harassing and harming US citizens. Because he was brave enough to intervene with the peaceful actions of recording and using his own body to protect a fellow American against the federal government’s unjustified and unprovoked violence, he was executed by masked faux-officers of the federal government. They executed him, fired more bullets into his dead body and cheered. This is rock bottom and a horrific betrayal of anything this country or humanity stands for. We must do every single thing in our power to abolish ICE, impeach Trump and all related officers, and hold these murderers accountable for their crimes. Any politician not actively helping is hurting. Democrats that cannot or will not move those actions forward are in the way. We’re calling on you to help us restore our safety, our constitutional rights and our democracy. This time is now.
