The attack on Venezuela is unconstitutional and illegal. Congress has a duty to fulfill its role as an independent and co-equal branch of government. Sign legislation banning further military action against Venezuela, and do not allow this lawless President to attack Mexico, Cuba, Columbia, or Greenland without congressional approval.
