This letter is to make my position very clear. I do not want my representatives to support any funding for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). I am asking you to actively oppose ICE funding and to aggressively support the defunding of ICE, alongside thorough, independent investigations into documented human rights abuses and the use of excessive and dangerous force against civilians, both noncitizens and U.S. Citizens. Continued funding makes Congress complicit in unlawful state violence. Silence is not neutrality, it is approval. Please record my position and confirm that you are willing to stand up for the majority of your constituents and their constitutional rights. Refuse additional funding to ICE, which can only be described as a homegrown and sanctioned terrorist organization.
