ICE’s immigrant “detention” system is now a fully funded, long‑term criminal enterprise. Republicans in Congress has already handed Trump and ICE a blank check for mass deportation and detention through 2029, with hundreds of billions locked in and almost no accountability. This is not law enforcement. It looks like RICO‑style organized crime: • People are captured, transported across state lines, and caged in for‑profit immigration concentration camps run by GEO Group, CoreCivic, and others. • They are deliberately shuffled between facilities so they miss court dates, lose contact with attorneys, and are cut off from family and community. • Commissary balances vanish, phone cards and minutes disappear, debit cards and property are taken and “lost.” Facilities keep the money. That is systemic theft from people with no real way to fight back. • Inside, people die from preventable medical neglect and mental health failures, and survivors report sexual assaults and rapes by staff in multiple ICE sites. The pattern is clear: capture, transport, confinement, exploitation, and financial extraction—all protected by a massive, pre‑funded budget and a political class getting paid off in contracts, stock gains, and donor checks. Trump, the Kushner family, and their investors are at the top of this pyramid. Their allies — including disreputable figures like Markwayne Mullin, Pam Bondi, Kristi Noem, and Trump criminal defense lawyer Todd Blanche — shield the deportation and detention machine that enriches private prison executives and major donors while destroying lives, families, and businesses as well as entire communities. I am not asking you to “please” cut funding you already locked in. I am putting you on notice: When Democrats hold power again, this system must be investigated and treated as organized corruption and human trafficking: • Open full congressional and DOJ investigations into ICE, GEO Group, CoreCivic, and the network of contractors and donors profiting from mass detention. • Build RICO‑style cases that map the money flows from taxpayer funds to corporate profits, stock windfalls, and political donations. • Prosecute officials, executives, and enablers who used public office to enrich themselves by caging, disappearing, robbing, and abusing human beings. • Create a public record of every death, every transfer used to sabotage counsel, and every theft and assault in custody, so this regime cannot hide behind “policy” or “national security.” ICE now has more money than any other federal law enforcement agency, with a long‑term guarantee to keep breaking families, entire communities, and critical economic sectors like tourism, eldercare, and agriculture — our fragile food supply. There is no neutral stance left. Either you help turn this into criminal accountability when the tables turn, or you stay part of a white nationalist trafficking and corrupt theft machine that will feature your name beside it with Trump’s in the history books. Which side do you intend to be on when the investigations start?
