Major Richard Star Act For the past 5 years, Congress has failed to pass the Major Richard Star Act. This act would take care of veterans wounded in combat. Passing this act needs to be Congress’s top military funding priority instead of writing a blank check to Israel or funding an unnecessary, illegal war in Iran. As your constituent, I’m asking you to garner support for this bill and work to get it passed as quickly as possible. It is shameful that taking care of the service men and women who risked their lives serving our country is a partisan issue and isn’t a primary concern for every elected official.
