Demand Full Release of Epstein Files and Accountability for Co-Conspirators

To: Sen. Slotkin, Sen. Peters, Rep. Walberg

From: A constituent in Stevensville, MI

February 5

I am writing to demand that you support Representative Robert Garcia's efforts to obtain the complete release of all Jeffrey Epstein investigation files and ensure accountability for every individual involved in these crimes. The Department of Justice released over 3 million pages from the Epstein investigation on Friday, but this represents only 50 percent of the files and violates the House Oversight Committee's subpoena from summer 2025. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche is using exemptions in the Epstein Transparency Act to limit disclosure, citing ongoing investigations and inter-agency communications. However, the Oversight Committee subpoena does not contain these carve-outs, and the DOJ must comply fully. Survivors of Epstein's abuse deserve to know what the government has documented about co-conspirators and the men who participated in trafficking women and girls. Some accountability has already begun, with consequences for former Prince Andrew and Larry Summers following earlier document releases. But this is insufficient. The evidence of criminal behavior and co-conspirators must be exposed completely, not selectively withheld by an administration engaging in what appears to be a cover-up. This investigation has captured bipartisan public attention precisely because Americans understand that powerful people cannot be allowed to escape justice. The interest spans every demographic and political affiliation because the principle at stake transcends partisanship: no one is above the law. I urge you to publicly support Representative Garcia's demand for full compliance with the Oversight Committee subpoena. Use every tool available, including public pressure and court action, to force the DOJ to release all remaining documents without exemptions or redactions that protect co-conspirators. The survivors who have come forward deserve nothing less than complete transparency and accountability for everyone involved in these horrific crimes.
