Do the jobs you were elected to do. Negotiate with the Democrats on DHS processes and behaviors to obtain buy/in for additional DHS funding. A reconciliation bill may get you your finding but it does not accomplish what the clear majority of Americans want. No to reconciliation. Yes to proper negotiation.
