Constitution website accuracy: Restore full text promptly

On the website constitution.congress.gov, section one, articles nine and ten have been removed. Removing constitutional text from the website does not actually remove the articles from the Constitution itself. I'm requesting that Congress investigate this matter and restore the full text of the Constitution to the website so that anyone visiting can view it in its complete and accurate form.
