The American people have voted, and Hakeem Jeffries has proven himself out of touch. We don't want to "get even", but we DO demand accountability. Jeffries and Schumer have demonstrated that they are just the blue side of a republican coin. They are both heavily funded by AIPAC, they do not support Medicare for all, they are pro ice, they do not oppose the war in Iran, the looting of Venezuela, our involvement in Cuba, and they do not align with what we the people have voted for, and do not align with what we the people hold as liberal values. We demand that Jeffries and Schumer step aside, and that real, effective leadership be chosen. Those who can stop supporting the status quo while lining their own pockets, and act as representatives of those who elected them rather than their donors. We demand a house speaker and senate majority leader that are progressive, do not accept AIPAC or dark money, and will stand up for the people and against the mess that Jeffries and Schumer allowed to happen under their so-called leadership.
