The 2024 presidential election should not be certified for multiple reasons: I. Illegal Balloting - Some states have laws that would disqualify Trump from appearing on a presidential ballot, yet these laws were ignored. II. Foreign interference - Bomb threats traced to Russia caused voting centers to be shut down for hours in a number of states. This is especially disturbing in the swing states and may have affected the results of the election. - Foreign-born billionaire Elon Musk paid voters (in the form of a million dollar daily lottery) to support a right-wing agenda, violating federal law. Musk is also an unregistered foreign agent of Russia (as is Trump), having been in contact with Putin as a private citizen - Through Fox “News,” foreign-born Rupert Murdoch has been spreading political lies and right-wing propaganda, even lies that the 2020 election was stolen, leading up to the Jan. 6 insurrection attempt. Propaganda is not news, nor is it free speech. III. Voter Suppression - reports have surfaced that ballots in Georgia (and possibly other swing states) were arbitrarily disqualified and not counted in heavily Democratic voting districts. CERTIFICATION SHOULD BE DENIED TO ANY AND ALL STATES THAT EXPERIENCED ANY OF THE ABOVE (OR OTHER DISCREPANCY) AND RE-ELECTIONS HELD AFTER FULL INVESTIGATIONS ARE CONDUCTED.
