House Bill 1526 must not pass. EOs are NOT law and therefore need oversight by courts to protect the rights provided by the constitution. It IS a judicial necessity for interpretation when these orders clearly violate the right to due process, the manipulation of trade and taxation, the blatant disregard for ethics, and the gutting of Congressionally funded agencies and the withholding of funds granted through legislation. The president is not a king and he is not a ruler. He is but one of 3 equally divided branches of a well planned democracy.
