I urge you to move to impeach Pete Hegseth as Secretary of Defense. He has openly encouraged our military to commit war crimes and is abusing his position to globally advance his Christian nationalist ideologies. Hegseth is unfit for leadership and must be investigated and prosecuted for his unlawful actions. After several high-profile scandals and abuses of power in 2025, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth continues to put the security of the US and other nations at risk in 2026. This former Fox News host’s lack of qualifications has led Hegseth to mishandle several sensitive situations, including compromising national security when classified military information was released during “Signalgate”. Since his rebranding as the “Secretary of War,” Hegseth has taken unprecedented actions against the US military and other countries alike, with some of his orders being investigated as war crimes under domestic and international law. Hegseth is not only a danger to America, but to anyone who disagrees with his dehumanizing ideologies.
