I respectfully request that no funds be made available to the Department of Homeland Security without immediate measurable, meaningful reform. ICE cannot be allowed to continue to operate outside the law and the constitution and our common decency. When a man shoots a woman in her face and then calls her a fucking bitch, he is not afraid. He is angry. He has lost control. He is deadly. He is a murderer. We do not wish to spend our tax dollars paying men to murder women.
