End humanitarian crisis in Gaza

To: Sen. Duckworth, Sen. Durbin, Rep. Quigley

From: A constituent in Chicago, IL

July 29

For 21 months, reports from Gaza have revealed increasingly devastating and unfathomable suffering. After nearly two years of cruel blockades, Israel’s policy of starvation as a weapon of war has reached a critical point. Palestinians, including children and infants, are starving, collapsing in the streets, and dying from hunger.   This is an emergency. This humanitarian crisis is fully funded and supported by the United States. Thousands of trucks of food and medicine are ready outside Gaza, poised to deliver life-saving aid. We must do everything possible to stop the starvation, halt the bombing, and end this atrocity now.   Please demand unrestricted humanitarian aid and an end to all U.S. weapons shipments to Israel.
