I’m writing to urge Sen. Blackburn, Sen. Hagerty, and Rep. Rose oppose any 2026 federal budget deal that does not require the executive branch to end their illegal budget rescissions, tariffs, and military invasion of American cities. This administration has repeatedly defied Congress’s authority to enact unconstitutional policies that have harmed countless Americans. They cannot be trusted with another blank check.
