Protect Olmstead. People First, diagnoses second. Disabled people deserve to live in the same communities as every other person in the US. Forced institutionalazation is a form of eugenics. When disabled people are targeted, no one is safe. Protect disabled people. Worth should not be based on productivity, everyone can become disabled.
