Don't let up on the shutdown until you get what the people need. While that happens don't just stand by, be proactive. Tweet, go on CNN, message your other constituents about why you are doing this. Actively fight back against the narrative that Trump and the Republicans are putting out. Call them out on their lies and racism that they are peddling. You have to communicate and show resistance! Otherwise the constituents that you are protecting will turn on you, and Trump will get another win on this belt. Don't normalize this behavior.
