I am writing to demand the codification of the "Anti-Tyranny and Infrastructure Protection Act." Our founding principles, as reflected in the Second Amendment, establish the right of the people to be a check against "domestic usurpations of power by rulers." Furthermore, the Ninth Amendment confirms that the people retain fundamental rights not specifically listed—including the inherent right to remove any form of tyranny that threatens their survival.  When the "reset class" of the 1% and corporate CEOs use their wealth to subvert our food, housing, and financial systems, they are engaging in economic tyranny. We demand the following: 1 Right to Remove Economic Tyrants: Legally recognize the people's right to identify and remove from power any individual or entity found by an independent third-party audit to be intentionally sabotaging national stability for a "reset." 2 Authorization of Civic Enforcement: Empower the people to act as "Civic Recovery Agents" to protect their property and communities from subversion, utilizing the historical intent of the Second Amendment as a bulwark against oppression. 3 Expansion of Ninth Amendment Protections: Explicitly codify the "Right to Exist and Thrive" as a fundamental, unenumerated right that cannot be disparaged by corporate or government interests. 4 No Immunity for Subversion:Ensure that CEOs and organization leaders cannot hide behind corporate veils when their actions amount to the "absolute Despotism" described in our nation's founding documents.  The people are the ultimate authority. I urge you to fulfill your duty to the Constitution by authorizing the people to defend themselves and their nation against all forms of tyranny, foreign and domestic.
