Yesterday morning on the Brian Lehrer show, sitting Senator U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand made blatantly Islamophobic comments about Zohran Mamdani. Sh e must rescind her comments, apologize, and step down. What she did was anti-American and will create a rise in the acceptance of hate crimes both agains t Jews and Muslims. Rescind, apologize, and step down.
