I urge you to vote against the Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act. The bill condemns the ICC’s actions in investigating Israel and specifically Benjamin Netanyahu for war crimes. The US policy of supporting the ICC is crucial in prosecuting Vladimir Putin and for taking action against the genocide in Sudan, and punishing individuals who work in the court is a dangerous precedent and undermines the US rule of law with this action. I urge you to vote against this bill and maintain the US rule of law.
