First, I know the Farm Bill text is likely dropping today and I’m calling to say that I hope the Save Our Bacon Act isn’t in it. If it is, I want the Senator to file an amendment to remove it. This bill would be disastrous for small farmers and terrible for animals. It also takes away states’ rights. Vote no! Also, I’m really concerned that the Trump admin is gutting the Dept of Education offices that defend the rights of children with disabilities and those who experience discrimination based on race, sex or religion. This will be really bad for the kids involved; Congress needs to act. Please put pressure on the Trump administration to reverse these moves and protect ALL of our kids. Lastly, OPPOSE section 224 of the NDAA, the United States-Israel Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative. No foreign nation's military should be integrated with ours. Israel should not have access to our data, our military secrets, weapons, or more money. This is outrageous. Oppose this. I will be watching this very closely. Thanks.
