Trump is thumbing his nose at Congress when it comes to his duty to faithfully execute the laws with his destruction of the Department of Education. Now, the Supreme Court has effectively said he is allowed to do that with its most recent decision to overturn the lower court injunction preventing the mass firing of half the Department's employees. The Department of Education was created by Congress which should preclude its crippling destruction by the Executive Branch of government. Is *this* enough for the House to start impeachment proceedings? Or is the President the ultimate power in the country with the ability to nullify laws he finds inconvenient as the Supreme Court has basically said?
