We have seen ICE behaving in the most depraved ways. Murdering, kidnapping, ignoring civil and human rights, torturing people in their detention centers. This is not an organization that can be fixed or reformed, nor can we trust the Republicans to implement or adhere to any deal. Do not fund ICE.
