I need you to introduce legislation blocking the pending Executive Order requiring proof of citizenship for bank account holders. This isn't immigration enforcement. It's a financial control mechanism that will lock millions of Americans out of banking. The EO will require passports as primary proof of citizenship, but 45-50% of Americans don't have passports. The SAVE Voter Elimination Act ruled out REAL ID, leaving only certified birth certificates as an alternative. This means tens of millions of current account holders will face account closures if they can't produce the right papers on demand. We've already seen how this works internationally. When the US sanctioned International Criminal Court prosecutor Karim Khan, his bank accounts were closed, his visa revoked, and even his Microsoft email was canceled. Judge Kimberly Prost lost credit card access and Amazon Alexa functionality. Now the administration wants to bring that same system home to control domestic dissent through NSPM-7. Tying financial system access to government-controlled documents gives the regime power to cut off anyone's banking and credit at any time for any reason. This crosses a constitutional line. Pass legislation now that prohibits any Executive Order from imposing citizenship verification requirements on existing financial accounts.
