The Charlie Kirk Act for Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness In order to form a more perfect union, we must protect our right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, as declared on July 4, 1776 by the founders. To do so we need safeguards in place, such as background checks for guns, for comprehensive liability insurance for gun ownership, similar to auto insurance. This isn't reform, it's common sense. The right of every person to live without fear of gun violence is vital to our every day lives, we live in fear of going shopping, to school, to movies, etc. Without common sense protections we are not free to live.
