End the Occupation, Defend the Constitution, and Demand Accountability To MY Dear Representative, I am writing as a concerned constituent to demand immediate action in response to the following urgent issues: 1. End the Unconstitutional Occupations in Washington, D.C. and California Donald Trump’s deployment and occupation of federal troops in D.C. and California represents a dangerous abuse of power. These actions undermine the Home Rule Act, raise serious concerns under the Posse Comitatus Act and the Tenth Amendment, and threaten the fundamental balance between federal and local authority. This is not legitimate “law and order” — it is a political power grab. 2. Defend the Constitution — Trump’s Pattern of Violations Trump has engaged in repeated acts that violate constitutional laws and strip away Americans’ rights. In brief: • Attempted to end birthright citizenship in defiance of the 14th Amendment. • Federalized D.C. police and deployed troops in ways that exceed his authority. • Politicized the Department of Justice, pardoned January 6 rioters, and targeted political opponents. • Ordered the violent clearing of peaceful protesters, violating the 1st and 4th Amendments. • Accepted payments from foreign governments in violation of the Emoluments Clauses. • Redirected federal funds and removed oversight officials to avoid accountability. These are not isolated incidents — they are part of a sustained attack on our democratic institutions. 3. Demand Impeachment and Full Accountability In light of this clear pattern of constitutional violations, I urge you to initiate and support impeachment proceedings against Donald Trump. Our democracy cannot survive if we allow the executive branch to trample the Constitution without consequence. 4. Investigate and Remove Pam Bondi Pam Bondi’s role in covering up the Epstein files and protecting known and suspected pedophiles is a disgrace to the justice system. The American people demand the release of the entire Epstein file, without redactions of Donald Trump’s name. We deserve to know exactly what Trump did — or did not do — in connection with Jeffrey Epstein. Anything less is a deliberate obstruction of justice and a betrayal of public trust. 5. What I Am Asking of You • Publicly oppose the federal troop occupations in D.C. and California. • Co-sponsor and vote for articles of impeachment against Donald Trump. • Call for the immediate removal of Pam Bondi from any government or advisory position. • Demand full, unredacted release of the Epstein files to the public. History is watching. The Constitution is only as strong as those willing to defend it. I am asking you to be one of those defenders.
