This is alarming. Naturalized citizens like my husband who still speak mostly Spanish could be targets for deportation. From Olga Lautmann. Heather Cox Richardson also wrote about this today. "Remigration" is coded white supremacist speak for ethnic cleansing. So, the purpose of this new Office is to create a white ethno-state in at least parts of the US. The office adopts the white nationalist concept of “remigration,” long pushed by European extremists, which seek the removal of migrants, including naturalized citizens deemed “non-assimilated.” Why It Matters: This is yet another sign that Trump is embedding white nationalist ideology into official policy.
