S 5384 is a majorly dangerous bill that if it moves any further along well damage and already fairly weak and under resourced education system. in researching this bill, I learned that the bill the department of education was started in 1980 which is only 10 years older than me the fact that the representative from South Dakota believes that no one has been educated by this bill is deeply dangerous offensive to educators and shows a lack of comprehension on what that department does. There is no way that these many responsibilities can be out to existing agencies and still be able to function this will be a major blow to a country that already has incredibly disappointing literacy rates
