Michiganders deserve for their elected officials to protect them. I am writing this letter to you to ask you to author legislation that assures that ICE agents are unmasked and mandated to identify themselves when conducting any business with people in Michigan. There is nothing to prevent people from kidnapping your constituents and claiming to be ICE agents. They are plain clothed, masked men, putting individuals into unmarked cars, easily anyone can buy a vest online and kidnap people in Michigan. We are counting on you to ensure our safety and assure ICE agents are unmasked.
