I am writing again to urge immediate, transparent action regarding all remaining records and investigations connected to Jeffrey Epstein and any individuals or institutions that enabled, protected, or failed to stop the abuse of minors. Continued partial releases and secrecy erode public trust. Survivors deserve justice, and the public deserves the truth. Accountability requires full transparency, independent investigation, and prosecution wherever evidence supports it, regardless of wealth, status, or political power. If credible evidence implicates any public officials, past or present, they must be investigated with the same rigor and independence as anyone else. Equal application of the law is essential to the integrity of our democracy. I urge you to support the full public release of all Epstein-related records (with necessary redactions to protect victims), authorize independent investigations and special prosecutors where appropriate, hold public hearings and issue subpoenas for testimony and evidence, and ensure prosecutions proceed wherever evidence meets legal standards.
