Investigate the Trump administration's coordinated campaign to interfere with state elections before November 3. U.S. District Judge David O. Carter has already called it "a broad, ongoing pattern of attempted election interference," and the evidence backs him up. The Department of Justice claimed 15,903 noncitizens were on Nevada's voter rolls. When officials checked, every single one of the 185 names that remained after the number was quietly revised belonged to a U.S. citizen. Now DOJ is issuing subpoenas to California election workers and directing federal prosecutors to launch criminal investigations of state officials, all while a federal appeals court is being asked to stop California from counting 20,000 ballots. Judge Carter was blunt: "Never before in American history has the federal government, on the eve of an election, sought to coerce a state and local government to abandon their own Constitutional elections procedures." This is not election integrity. It is the use of federal law enforcement to intimidate election workers and suppress legitimate votes. Stand up for every citizen's right to a free and fair election and demand a full investigation into this abuse of power.
