Trump is not allowed to “make deals” with law firms. He’s trying to consolidate power for himself. Congress has oversight of the presidency. Congress should impeach trump over his abuse of the constitution. He does not have the authority to make deals with law firms to behave in ways that benefit him. Law firms are for the American people.
