In Minneapolis this morning, January 24, 2026, I.C.E. agents accosted a 37-year-old registered ICU nurse as he was directing traffic around the I.C.E. ve hicles parked in the street, was helping at least one woman who had either fallen or had been pushed, was peacefully monitoring their activities, and was recording them on his phone. It is clear from every video that he was peaceful, was well within his rights under the law and the Constitution of the United States, and was NOT brandi shing the weapon for which he had a license and a permit to carry. Also clear in the videos is at least six I.C.E. agents pinning him to the ground, while one began beating him in the head with what looked like the butt end of a pistol, before multiple agents shot him repeatedly at point blank range. This occupation cannot be allowed to continue. The constitutional rights of countless U.S. citizens are being violated on a daily basis. The president and DHS are out of control. As your constituent, I implore you take action to end this militarized war against U.S. citizens in an American city before any more innocent people are killed by this roving band of rogue masked thugs.
