Please, VOTE NO On the ESA Amendments of 2025 Act, HR 1897. We are sick and tired and angry that this administration and its cowardly constitution-betraying enablers in Congress keep extending their agenda of rape, pillage, and environmental destruction, privileging polluters, private profit, and environmental destruction over stewardship and responsibility for our wild lands and creatures. Here's how the Defenders of Wildlife characterise the issues for Engandered Species: "The Endangered Species Act (ESA) is America’s most effective wildlife protection law. An astonishing 99% of species listed under the ESA have been saved from disappearing forever and hundreds are currently on the road to recovery. The “ESA Amendments Act of 2025” would eviscerate protections for species on the brink of extinction. Contrary to the bill’s stated purpose of “optimizing conservation,” beloved animals like Florida manatees, grizzly bears, sea turtles, whales, and more could enjoy less protection and suffer more harm if it were to pass." Please, reject H.R. 1897, the "ESA Amendments Act of 2025. Extinction is forever. DON'T enable it.
