It’s outrageous that Judge Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan has been charged. She dismissed the ICE agents saying that they did not have a warrant signed by a judge to arrest the subject, who was there for other reasons. The counts against Dugan should be dismissed and the ICE should be prosecuted instead.
