The resolution labels certain conduct by self-described "Antifa" individuals and groups as domestic terrorism, citing specific alleged incidents of property damage, assault and threats. However, the evidence does not definitively demonstrate nationwide organizational coordination often associated with terrorist groups. Additionally, the resolution should include putting Oath Keepers, Proud Boys, and the KKK on this bill. An objective examination distinguishing unlawful acts from legally protected activities could allow for revisions upholding civil liberties and public safety.
